Harold who?

My daughter had been studying at Leeds University for the last 4 years. Near her house this year are many streets all named after a certain 'Harold'. These are a few photos I took on a mini-exploration of Hyde Park area in Leeds:

One question: Does anyone have any clue who this Harold guy is?

Create-it-yourself.com

This is my current website, but I haven't updated it in years! Click on the link above to have a look. I thought creating this blog would be a better, more fast paced way of pushing forward in my work.

Here's the introduction to my website which pretty much sums up the idea's behind and shown in my work.

"My website is about ideas for the transformation of found objects, with imagination and glue, into the useful and amusing. The reincarnation of drift wood into mirrors and candlesticks, plastic bottles into lamps, seashells into flowers, holiday ephemera into collages. It is about creative salvage with serendipity, the recycling of other people's chuck-outs. It is refuse without the "f"."
I have made a lot of new works since I last edited my website - mirror box-art being my current focus. (I'll try and upload a photo when my daughter is by my side to help me. I don't understand these things.)

Like I mentioned before, I haven't updated my C-I-Y website in a while, but my daughter had promised to help me, as I am not as technologically knowledgeable as her.

For now, have a look, and feel free to comment on this post if you have some ideas on how the site can be improved. (Don't be too harsh, please!)
